Social Media Relationships !

Social Media relationships are very new to me .

I decided to become active on the social media about 3 months ago . I just felt that I wanted to share and learn from other across the planet. I also felt that with my years of studying about human behaviour , it will be a good place to see how we humans are really like everywhere. I had arrived at my own conclusions about humans across all religions , cultures and races that we are basically the same ! It does not matter what colour of skin we have . It also does not matter what our external status is really ! 

Social standing , status , wealth , power and all other trappings that we have or surround ourselves with has very little bearings to our core basic human nature . Security , fear , pride , envy , anger , 

jealousy and most other feelings and emotions remain the same across all humans . Love matters!

With this awareness and understanding , I wanted to expand my experience . I also saw and had experiences that relationships as relatives , close friends , and others was the same . Even between

parents and children there can be misunderstandings. Between brothers and sisters , between cousins and aunties or uncles .

So , in reality it does not matter who or what you are ! We all have experiences of being misunderstood or getting into arguments or fights with our loved ones . 

How or why does that happen ? 

My simple and basic understanding is that each of us is an individual that lives with other individuals !

As individuals we form a social system to live together or work together or even worship together !

Then we all get labelled as sons ,daughters , mothers ,fathers , uncles , managers , priest , monk , nun , kings and queens and the list goes on and on ...!

These are just labels but most people identify with these labels and make their reality around these labels !

Just to give you an example, a mother is just not a mother ! She is some ones daughter , sister , cousin , friend , auntie and the list goes on . Basically , she is just a women with all the labels thrown at her .

Her desires , fears , feelings and other thoughts and feelings are just like any human !

 to the social media , it is the same story !!

We are all humans from all corners of this planet wanting to interact with each other for varies reasons . Mostly to connect and share !

Social media is a platform where we build or create a social group in which we can exchange our needs , desires , passions , likes and other areas of interest .

We build a network of like minded people with common interest .

Call it whatever name you like , it is at the end , simple people wanting to connect and share their feelings and thoughts in a safe environment .

We all sit at our laptops or PCs daily to share and exchange feelings , thoughts and more with like minded humans . The terms and conditions are simple . Earn respect and give respect ! Love and be loved ! We want to have real people , honest ,sincere and authentic people !

We are tired of playing games !

I came to the social media with simple respect , honesty to share whatever I

can . Take it or leave it , nothing personal . I have no need or desire to hurt anyone and get hurt . You like my style , thoughts or whatever , that is it . Otherwise just let go and go look for others that you may find to your taste .

That is it . Simple and share or care without getting stressed and complicated .

That is my simple reason to be on the social media . To build relationships with love and respect .

I have lived long enough and need no reason to play any games .

That is my simple reason to be on the social media .

Some people are celebrating love with exchanging vows , some are hugging , others have placed locks to lock their love ! Some will swing , some will fall and rise in their excitement ! Than there others who feel their love is being stolen by other cultures ! Poor Love at cross-roads ! Enjoy. Amar.

Relationships are Forever !

Relationships are Forever !

Let me tell you why I say that relationships are forever ! Now , if we go into such issues if they were good or bad or close or far , that is just another aspect of relationships . you are still relating to them in which ever way you want to call it . They just become a part of us !

I want to start with my personal story . 

I lost my father at a rather early age . He was just 49 years and I was 25 years . If you had read my early blogs , you will understand how I came to be with my father as he was slowly slipping away from us . It was a great maturing process and that has made me who I am today ! Every major event shape us and molds us . 

Nearly 41 years have gone since I saw or touched the physical body of my loving father ! That is a long time in any sense . I am going to be 66 years this year ! Older than my father ! My father being a father never experienced being 66 years ! He died so much younger . I , sitting here am attempting to think or feel what does it mean ?! I can now feel a kind of fatherly  feeling towards my young father !

I know it is a strange thought ! A son feeling a fatherly emotion for his father who passed away so long ago !

Let me share another wonderful secret about us when we really get in touch with our real or authentic self . We start having feelings that become gender neutral !! What I mean , is that sometimes I get motherly feelings towards situations and people ! I have actually watched all kinds of feelings arising within me ! Sounds weird ! Well , that is how I feel and experience life ! 

Coming back to my relationships forever topic . Time or even space has some hold or control on the physicality of we humans , but that is all !

In the non physical plane , we are always united and one ! Never separated ever !

I always feel so close to my father always !!

That feeling has never left me ! 

In the same vein , I may be separated from my loved ones by space , but I am always connected !

I have meet some very old dear friends after a very long time and the feelings were intact ! 

On the other hand , if there are some relationships that did not go well , they too remain with us some where within us always ! 

As we keep thinking and developing this feelings , we will realise that we can go on expanding our feelings far and wide !!

I have come to blogging and the social media Google+ only recently . Yet , I can tell you that I feel really connected to so many people that it gets me thinking what does it mean !!

One feeling that is constant , is that it matters ! 

I may not have met them personally , yet , they have become part of  me !

Not seeing them on google+ or sharing their post , makes me wonder if all is okay with them !

Relationships are not bounded by time and space . So, if that is true , than we are more non physical than we realise or understand !

We are vibrational energy beings that are always vibrating ! 

Will talk about that some other time ,but , sufficient to say , that being aware of that makes us realise how our feelings and thinking can influence each and all of us !

So , honour and respect and cherish the relationships that we are !

We are constantly relating and relationships are always going on !

How I Relate to Everything Is My Choice !

I am going to share a small story how we are all capable of creating our relationships with everything

and everybody ! The way is to decide that you want or have come to a decision on whatever values , beliefs , thoughts and feelings you have . It is you who has to sit and come to that way at being in the world . 

I will give you my personal simple examples :

1. Somehow I had a soft corner for ants . Even to the extent of leaving some sugar out for them ! I just enjoyed watching them come and carry those sugar grains away .  If there were ants in the bathroom , I will try to get them away or if I started my shower , I actually will make the extra effort to rescue them from drowning ! I know it may sound crazy or out right funny ! I enjoyed and really felt good . I have watched ants standing on their two hind legs and dry themselves before walking to their family or their task ! These little creatures are so amazing and social insects ! 

However , I had a different relationship with cockroaches . I use to go after them and spray all those nasty toxic chemicals .I saw the poor cockroaches getting paralysed and dying . It was hurting to see them die .

I  Decided to also feel and love the cockroaches ! I just did some inner work , where I realised that it is the same life as mine , just in another form ! I quietly asked to be forgiven for my past crimes against them ! Yes , you are allowed to laugh ! 

Than I started the same feelings towards cockroaches whenever I saw them ! I just wished them to go or gentle guided them away . 

After a few days , I actually noticed that very few roaches came to trouble me !

Now , an amazing thing happened ! One night as I came to my place and switched on the light , there was a big cockroach in my kitchen . It was not running away ! I was quite surprised as they always or usually ran whenever the lights are on . I let it be and went inside my sitting room and sat on my sofa.

Then I saw the cockroach crawl under the door and and was coming towards me !! That was really weird ! I started to wonder was was happening here . The cockroach actually came to me and touched my feet with its feelers . I just sat there and watched ! After that It went away out of the door !!

Now , I was just shocked and amazed . That was no ordinary action ! The cockroach actually connected with me without any fear whatsoever ! It felt safe and became friendly .

That day taught me a wonderful lesson that you can relate to anything and it will relate back to you in the same way !

Love is love across the Universe ! Let it be a plant , animal , bird or a fish ! 

This small story is just a point that I am making , that Life is life and if we can become aware or understand that , than wonderful and amazing experiences can take place !

Just bring love into your life and see the miracle that happens .

Love - My Energy Drink !

Let me talk of love again and again ! It is really worth sharing and talking about love !

I will not define love . I will simply share my experience of love . 

Instead of taking some personal view , I like to share how it feels to be in love .

Love is such an amazing expression we humans have that just being in love takes us into another dimension ! We are living here very much in the same physical world as others , yet , we are on some other non physical plane where we feel and see everything so differently from the rest of humanity that are not having the experience of love !

When we are in love with someone or with some other state of being , we feel a sense of being contented , satisfied , fullness , complete , whole and simply being blissful ! 

What a wonderful experience ! Totally floating and dancing ! There is an air of shere joy and happiness within most of the time . We are always full of energy .

If it is a person , and that person also expresses love or says so , a magical sense of connection happens . There is a glow and electrical tingling vibration all around us ! My body seems to be vibrating at some other frequency ! I can feel my body and face glowing or flushing ! I fill warm ! My heart is beating faster ! The rush of heightened energy can be felt so much more and easily .

It is like my energy tanks are getting filled up !

I become so much more alife ! My needs for physical food , material needs are diminished !

I am feeling high , as though on some energy enhancing drug ! I am actually high !

The other think I experience is that there is a wonderful joy of just sharing or giving the love .

There is more joy in sharing and giving ! The satisfaction is in giving ! The paradoxical experience is that as we give , we also at the same time feel so good and fulfilled!

All these wonderful feelings are so magical that our very physical body too responds differently .

Love is really an amazing experience. It is non physical and yet it effects all our world and life . We live so much more happier . We have a good natured , warm attitude towards all of life .

As we look around , even the colours of everything appear brighter and vibrating with some energy .

The taste of everything is better . all senses are at a peak !

There is a kind of light heartedness , exuberance , excitement , joyfulness all over us !

It is not some imagination , not at all ! A new reality is being felt .

This magical and mysterious feelings of love is all happening within us ! Nothing physical is being taken from the outside ! A whole new energy is being generated from within us !

We are doing it with the thoughts and feelings that we call or label as loving ! 

As we start to understand more of this wonderful love energy , we can tap into it always and at will !

I will keep sharing or writing to express how we can become aware that we are all Love Beings in our real nature !! As we have forgotten that , we go about all our life searching for that wonderful love , when it always within us !!

Self Care and Self Respect Towards a Balanced Life !

My dear wonderful friends around the world ! Especially those who are online and sometimes get glued to the strange world of the Virtual world ! I have to share my personal experience with you !

This is a sort of self confession and also insight into my very own life and behaviour pattern in the past few weeks . I lead a very private and quiet life . Attentive to my patients as I am still practicing medicine and sitting back whenever free to just enjoy being me ! Yes , I read and sometimes felt a need to write . A relaxed and peaceful living as I gently approach the wonderful matured stage that I call my Golden years ! 

Always living on the fringe of society and watching the many excitements , activities and dramas of the wonderful people ! It is really wonderful to watch how most of us are excited by rituals , customs and other trappings of our cultures !  As I always keep saying , there is no wrong or right to whatever you are doing, as long as you do no harm to others and , of course , to your good self !

My reason or point in writing this blog is to share my own observation about my own behaviour !

I , out of the blue , while flying back to Sydney , Australia , decided that I am going to come out of my comfort zone and am going to get serious about the great magic and mystery of the Internet , virtual world and the online way of  seeing this world ! So , from that day , which is just short of 3 months , I really got myself initiated to this online lifestyle . I can tell that it is fun and it can also be a bloody pain ! Anyway , I have made my mind and am going to keep going . For whatever reason , I just happen to come to Google+ and than to Blogger . 

Both these have been wonderful for a newbie like me ! I have really no idea what is all this about ! I am still running around daily and wondering what is all the fun or fuss about this Google+ and all the plus ! Anyway , I told myself to just be quiet and keep going . Just follow the great walk to perhaps Freedom or whatever ! I had read of the Great Chinese leader Mao who made his people walk to some freedom or whatever ! No disrespect the Chinese leader , please !

There are circles within circles that I am still struggling to understand ! So much for my status of being aware !! What ever the attraction , it is really a wonderful platform to really be connected to the whole wide world !! I just cannot believe how we are able to get so wonderfully connected all over the planet ! Awesome , amazing and just a miracle !! It is just so unbelievable and I really have to thank whoever , whatever for setting this wonderful platform ! I believe that it is just a matter of time and I will slowly begin to understand the rules or tricks of the game ! I am also aware that it is just a click away and I can ask anybody around the wonderful planet and somebody will response ! I just cannot believe that ! 

Now , I have expressed my joy and happy side ! 

What I want you to know is that you , me and all must also become aware that this game , life or whatever we want to call this can also become very demanding , addictive and time consuming !

We have to be aware that we need to take time off to see the blue sky , the birds that are singing and hopping from branch to branch . Children running about , stepping back to have a cup of coffee and just daydreaming ! To laugh with near and dear ones who are wondering where I have disappeared to!

I am talking of Self-Care . It is important to take care of ourselves . To rest , sleep and balance our life. It is the most important relationship that we need to respect ! The relationship with ourselves .

I just felt that I had to write this blog . It was important . I feel it is the right thing to say to my wonderful and dear friends .
